Booking Guidelines

Service hours of the booking system

Online (voice) booking as well as the booking system in convenience stores (7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life and OK Mart) are available 24/7 with the starting time being 0:00 of each day.

Ticket Reservation Limit

1. Each person is permitted to book up to 6 tickets per travel day.
2. For round-trip ticket booking, the maximum number of tickets is 12 tickets (6 tickets for each trip). *Must be booked via round-trip booking.
3. The booking system only allows users to specify the number of tickets. The ticket type (adult, child, elderly, concession) shall be selected according to the passenger status upon collection at stations, convenience stores or post offices, or upon making online payment via credit cards.

Available Booking Dates

1. Same-day booking: It is possible to book tickets for a train no later than one hour before its departure.
2. Reservation: Booking is open two weeks (fourteen days) before departure date, i.e. it is possible to book tickets on a Monday for a train that departs on the Monday after the following Monday. However, on Fridays the time limit is extended by two days through the weekend. (i.e. it is possible to book tickets on a Friday for a train that departs on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday in the next 2 weeks) The limit may vary for holidays and will be announced accordingly.

Input of Passport Number

1. "Passport Number" can be replaced by Residence permit or Entry-and-exit-permits number.
2. If your passport number is longer than 10 digits, please input the first 10 digits.
3. For the fair operation of booking and protection of passengers’ rights, please bring the original copy of your ID document for verification as you collect your ticket(s) at an in-station ticket window.

Payment and Collection Deadline

1. Ticket collection or online payment must be completed no later than 2 days from the date of booking. If the travel date is within 2 days from the date of booking, ticket collection or online payment must be completed before 24:00 of the previous day of travel date.
2. For same-day booking, payment and collection must be completed no later than 30 minutes before departure time.

여권 번호 입력

지불 및 수령 기한
